UAB SCT Lubricants is a leading manufacturer of high-quality engine oils and automotive fluids based in Klaipeda, Lithuania. The history of our factory dates back to 1962, when a new company called Klaypedskaya Neftebaza was founded. More than thirty years later, in 1993, this plant was registered as an oil production unit under the name Pemco Kuras. In 2003, the company was finally taken over by the German joint-stock company SCT and renamed UAB SCT Lubricants. The new SCT management initiated a large-scale reconstruction and modernisation process, the most notable result of which was the expansion of the departments and the renewal of the equipment. In 2012, a new modern laboratory was built and a workshop for the production of plastic containers was opened at the same time. Since 2018, metal cans have also been produced in the factory itself. The office and warehouse space is also constantly being expanded.

Advanced technologies and the latest scientific and technological achievements are used in the production of engine oils and lubricants. Our fully computerised packaging workshop enables us to complete tasks quickly, accurately, and promptly, to regulate and replenish the availability of the required raw materials in close cooperation with suppliers, and to strictly account for the quality control of products and packaging. The established high-precision computer equipment and complete control over the entire production process give us the right to say that the development of production capacity is currently in full swing. In addition, we always keep a close eye on technological processes and adhere to a standardised quality management system that meets the requirements of the world-renowned ISO 9001 quality standard and ISO 14001 quality standart.

In addition, UAB SCT Lubricants endeavours to make its production as environmentally friendly as possible. When working with engine oils, it is important to understand the importance of proper waste management measures, such as the disposal or recycling of waste. That is why UAB "SCT Lubricants" is a member of the Association of Automobile Manufacturers and Importers.

Today, UAB SCT Lubricants is one of the most modern factories in Europe and our 200 employees work to fulfil the needs of our customers in over 150 countries on all five continents. Thank you for our strong belief in what we do and our generous capacity, we offer more than 500 different types of automotive oils and lubricants for the most popular brands of cars, lorries, buses, water transport, etc: 10 ha of factory premises, 40,000,000 litres of storage capacity in tanks and 50,000 m2 of building space.
